D'argento, alla figura quadrilatera, a guisa di fibbia, con i lati corti posti in capo e in punta, quello in capo leggermente più lungo, con i lati lunghi in alto concavi e allargantisi, munita di una foglia di sega, posta in palo, centrale, con otto denti visibili, quattro e quattro, di lunghezza disuguale, posti a destra, il tutto di rosso, essa figura intrecciata con la fascia diminuita, di azzurro, attraversante il lato destro e la foglia di sega e attraversata dal lato sinistro della figura, il tutto accompagnato in punta dalla pianura di azzurro, mareggiata di argento, con la linea di contorno ondata.
