Partido: 1.º, de plata, una mitra [de oro] atravesada por una cruz de sable con dos traversas y apoyada ésta en el lomo de un león sentado de gules (en realidad, tendido guardante), al timbre, un sombrero episcopal forrado de sinople con cordones del mismo color, con seis borlas en cada lado; 2.º, de sinople, el anfiteatro romano en su color. En punta, la voz «ITALICA» de plata (en realidad, de sable). Al timbre, corona real cerrada.
