Origin/meaning
The arms were adopted on June 29, 2015.
The arms combine canting elements (St. Lawrence and oak leaves (for Bois which means forest)) with elements from the arms of the former lords of the village: the cevron from the Marcilly arms, the clover from the Dyel arms and the mullet from the Du Fay arms. The leopard is taken from the arms of the Eure département.
