Portuguese Escudo de verde, pano de muralha torreado e movente dos flancos, de prata, lavrado, aberto e frestado de negro; em chefe, duas setas de ouro, realçadas de vermelho, passadas em aspa e, em ponta dois golfinhos de ouro, adossados. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro em maiúsculas : “ SETÚBAL – S. SEBASTIÃO“.
