Escudo de prata, livro de vermelho, realçado de ouro, carregado de três besantes do mesmo, em roquete e encimado de uma mitra de púrpura, realçada e forrada de ouro, em ponta dois ramos de oliveira de verde, frutados de negro, com os pés passados em aspa. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro em maiúsculas : “ SANTARÉM – S. NICOLAU “.
