Escudo de verde, mitra episcopal de prata guarnecida de ouro e duas espigas de milho de ouro folhadas de prata, tudo em roquete; em campanha, ponte antiga de um arco de negro, realçada de prata, movente dos flancos e nascente de um pé ondado de prata e azul de três tiras. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ RUIVÃES – VIEIRA DO MINHO “.
