Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on August 8, 1961.

The arms are taken from the common seal of Kaulbach and Rothselberg. The meaning of the wolf is not known. The arms were coloured in the 19th century by Hupp in the colours of the Pfalz, which were not changed in 1961.
