Escudo de verde, monte de ouro movente da ponta; brocante sobre o todo, perle ondado de prata, carregado de perle diminuto ondado de azul; em chefe, cruz da Ordem de Malta. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ ROSSAS – AROUCA “.
