Escudo de ouro, torre quadrada de vermelho, aberta e iluminada de prata, lavrada de negro e coberta de azul, entre duas rodas de azenha do mesmo; campanha diminuta ondada de azul e prata de três tiras. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ RIO DE MOINHOS – ARCOS DE VALDEVEZ “.

The arms were officially granted on December 14, 2004.
