Escudo enxaquetado de verde e ouro, de seis peças em faixa e cinco em pala, com uma faixa ondada de prata brocante e carregada de uma burela ondada de azul, entre uma cruz grega de prata, em chefe e uma estrela e um crescente volvido à sinistra, ambos de vermelho, em contra-chefe. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ RIBEIRA – PONTE DE LIMA “.
