Selected collector's items from Germany:

REICHENBACH

State : Baden-Württemberg
District (Kreis) : Karlsruhe
Incorporated into : 1971 Waldbronn

Wappen von Reichenbach (Waldbronn)

Official blazon

In Blau ein silberner Balken.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted in 1902 and are the arms of the Lords of Schmalenstein. This family had its origin and seat of power in the area in the 13th and 14th centuries. They held Reichenbach in loan from the Dukes of Baden. In 1371 the loan was ended.

Prior to 1902 the village did not use any arms. Since 1830 the village used a seal with the letters RB and a goose-foot, the old village symbol.
