In Blau zu Silber gespaltenem Schild ein gestürzter Sparren von Silber und Rot, der vorne mit drei blauen Lilien, hinten mit drei silbernen Rosen belegt ist.
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on June 16, 1980.
The municipality of Ranten was formed by the merger of three municipalities. In honour of the three formed into one, the arms are composed out of three former coats of arms. These were borne by three families of landowners in historic times.
