RANDERS AMT

Region : Midtjylland
Incorporated into : 1970 Århus

Coat of arms (crest) of Randers Amt

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted in 1960. The blue wavy bar symbolises the Gudenå river and the Randers Fjord. The two deer's heads are canting for the region of Dyrsland. The shell refers to the coastline of the Amt.
