The origin of the horn in the arms is not known. One version claims the origin from a tribe of people named "Rogachi" (Rog/Rah - means horn). Another version is that the river that is on one side of the town flows into another river, on the other side of the town, and is shaped like a horn.

Origin/meaning :
The origin of the horn in the arms is not known. One version claims the origin from a tribe of people named "Rogachi" (Rog/Rah - means horn). Another version is that the river that is on one side of the town flows into another river, on the other side of the town, and is shaped like a horn.
