Campo di cielo, alla torre quadrata al naturale, aperta e finestrata, merlata alla ghibellina, fondata su terrazzo di verde, addestrata da colline, pure al naturale, sull’ultima delle quali un castello, di fronte alla torre un giovane di carnagione con la mano destra alzata invitante il silenzio. Sotto lo scudo, su lista svolazzante d’azzurro, il motto in caratteri d’argento “UNIVERSITAS RACALMUTI OBMUTUI ET SILUI COR MEUM ENITUIT”.
