Origin/meaning
The Departmental Archives of Pas-de-Calais attributed to the town, in 1994, arms based on the arms of the extinct De La Haye family, lords of the village from 1757 to 1780. To distinguish the town arms from those of the family, the field was changed from silver to gold.
