French D'azur au pont à cinq arches sommé d'un château à trois tours, le tout d'argent, ouvert et ajouré du champ, maçonné de sable, accosté en chef de deux fleurs de lis d'or et soutenu par une rivière d'argent ondée de sable mouvant de la pointe.

The arms are canting, showing a bridge (pont) over the river Oise. The two fleur-de-lis in the chief are derived from the French arms.
