Escudo de ouro, ferro de enxada de verde, fonte heráldica de azul e prata e roda dentada de vermelho, tudo alinhado em roquete; em campanha, ponte de três arcos de negro realçada de prata, firmada nos flancos e movente de um pé de três burelas ondadas de azul e prata. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ PONTE - GUIMARÃES “.
