Arms of Pniewy (Grójec)

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on May 10, 2013.

The arms show the cross taken from the arms of the Ostoja family clan, to which the village historically belonged. The crescents in the family arms were replaced by two apples, as a symbol for the extensive apple cultivation in the area.
