Escudo de negro, com um castelo de ouro, aberto e iluminado de azul. A torre central carregada por uma quina de Portugal e acompanhada por dois ramos de três pinhas de ouro sustido e com rama do mesmo metal. Em chefe, um falcão de sua cor, voando. Coroa mural de prata de cinco torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro : " CIDADE DE PINHEL ".
