Arms : Gules upon a base barry wavy Argent and Azure an ancient ship Or, its mast flagged of Scotland (Azure a saltire Argent), the sail emblazoned of the Arms of Nova Scotia (Argent on a saltire Azure an escutcheon of the Royal Arms of Scotland), and in dexter chief a mullet Or.
Motto: AS CONSTANT AS THE NORTHERN STAR

The arms were officially granted on April 6, 1980 (Scotland) and again on May 20, 2005 (Canada).
