Escudo de prata, monte de verde movente dos flancos e assente num contra-chefe de cinco faixetas ondadas de prata e verde; edificado no monte, um forno tradicional de cal, fechado, de prata com telhado e muro de chaminé de vermelho, tudo laureado de negro; o monte acompanhado em chefe de dois pinheiros, arrancados, de sua cor, frutados de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas: “ VILA DE PATAIAS “.

The arms were officially granted on October 23, 1986.
