German	In Grün eine durchgehende goldene Steinbrücke unter deren Bogen ein linksgewendeter, schwarz-bewehrter silberner Schwan auf goldenen Wellen schwimmt; drauf eine silberne Eiche mit goldenen Eicheln, rechts vom Stamm begleitet von einem goldenen Wagen- und links von einem goldenen Eisenbahnrad.

The arms were designed in 2004 after a local contest with around 30 entries and granted on April 12, 2005.

The arms are largely based on the old arms of Zepernick, with the addition of the canting swan for Schwanebeck in the base.
