En campo de oro, una palmera de sinople (verde), sostenida por ondas de azur y plata, y empinados a su tronco, sendos lobos de azur (azul), uno por el flanco diestro y el otro por el siniestro. Al timbre, corona real cerrada. Lema de sinople (verde) sobre una filacteria de oro, con letras mayúsculas: «LUCHA Y VENCE ENTRE DOS RÍOS».
