Escudo de azul, duas ovelhas de prata, realçadas e unguladas de negro, a da dextra voltada, entre roda dentada de ouro, em chefe e um cacho de uvas de púrpura, sustido de prata, em ponta. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ PAÇOS DA SERRA “.
