En campo de oro un puente de dos arcos y a sus pies una ballena de sable, que es arrastrada por una chalupa tripulada, ambos sobre ondas de azur y plata.

Origin/meaning

The bridge is the historical bridge in the town, built in Roman times, destroyed by Napoleon but restored again. The whale represent the town's connections with whaling centuries ago
