Escut caironat: d'or, una olivera de sinople amb un sautoret d'argent travessat al tronc. Per timbre una corona mural de vila.
Origin/meaning
The arms have been officially granted on 13th May 1991.
The arms are canting; they show an olive tree (the name Oliana is related popularly to "oli", Catalan for oil). The saltire is the cross of St. Andrew, the local patron saint.
