The arms were granted on ?

The two tools are 'rodungshacken', tools to clear forest. This refers to the -rath (-roth/-rode, cleared forest) part of the historical name of the village, Odinroth. The horseshoe is a typical symbol for luck and used on many farm houses in the area.
