In Rot über einem silbernen Dreiberg gekreuzt ein silbernes Rodungsbeil und ein silberner Spaten mit goldenen Stielen.
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on April 7, 1955.
The arms show some tools, used for clearing the forest. These refer to the name, which is derived from the word Roden, or clearing. The mountain symbolises the mountains in the area.
