Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on April 20, 1959.
The two silver points are taken from the Lords of Rehlinger, who ruled the village in the 16th century. They sold the village to the Holy Ghost Hospital in Kaufbeuren, hence the use of the pigeon (for the holu ghost) and the star of the city of Kaufbeuren.
