Escudo de prata, roda dentada de vermelho e prato de azul, alinhados em faixa; em chefe, açor de sua cor, segurando nas garras um escudete de azul, carregado de cinco besantes de prata; em ponta, barca de vermelho realçada de prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas: “ LAGOA – NOSSA SENHORA DO ROSÁRIO “.
