NEWTOWN
Incorporated into : 1886 Isle of Wight RDC (1974 South Wight (1995 Isle of Wight))
I have no idea whether the borough actually used arms. A thriving town in medieval times, it was virtually non-existent in the mid 1800s and the area was incorporated into the Isle of Wight Sanitary District in 1886.
