Wappen von Navis

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on September 2, 1975.

The arms show an Eurasian eagle-own (Bubo bubo) in a valley. The owl is the symbol of the family Von Aufenstein, who played a major role in the medieval history of the village. The valley symbolises the geographical situation of the village.
