Municipality : Skuodas

Arms (crest) of Mosėdis
Official blazon
Lithuanian blazon wanted
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on August 19, 2002.

The bear is the symbol of the Samogitia region in which the village is situated. The stone refers to the Stones museum in Mosėdis. Actually, the charge was created as the emblem of Stones museum and later (with its allowance) became the arms of town.
