Origin/meaning
The arms were adopted in 1958.
The village historically belonged to Vézelois and the thre epine cones are taken from the arms of Vézelois. To distinguish the arms, three balls, symbol of St. Nicholas, were added. St. Nicholas was the patron saint of the church in Vézelois.
