Un'aquila romana grigia con le ali aperte tenente uno scudo quadripartito sormontato da una corona. Nel primo riquadro dello scudo a fondo blu vi è raffigurata una pianta di vite; conla scritta Inicum; nel secondo con fondo celeste un castello con la scritta Burgium Millusium; nel terzo a fondo oro una pianta di palma nana; nel quarto a fondo blu una pianta di sommacco.
