Official blason
Origin/meaning
The arms show three fleur-de-lys in the chief, as once a French King passed through the village. The two scallops are an indication that the village is situated on one of the pilgrim routes to Santiago de Compostela in Spain.
The tool is a specific tool used in woodwork, clog making, coopering, and indicates the traditional woodworking in the area.
