Origin/meaning

The tree is a typical species of pine tree, which grows in the area. The miner's tools refer to the (formerly) important mining in the municipality. The fish and blue wave symbolise the many ponds and lakes in the municipality, which are rich in fish. The green wave symbolises nature.
