LJUTOMER
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The above arms were officially on March 28, 1997, but the design is much older.
The composition probably dates from medieval times, but the oldest known seal with the arms dates from 1648. Ever since the composition has remained the same, although in the 19th century the dragon was often seen standing in a river. The unicorn and the dragon indicate the victory of good over evil. The meaning of the three balls is not known.
