Official blazon

Escut caironat: escacat d'or i de sable, i, ressaltant sobre el tot una garba de lli florit d'argent. Per timbre, una corona de baró.

Origin/meaning

Canting arms: they show a sheaf of "lli" (Catalan for flax). Linyola was the centre of a medieval barony situated in the county of Urgell: the arms show the chequy Or and Sable of Urgell and a baron's crown.
