Origin/meaning

The only known seals date from the end of the 17th century and show only a head of a unicorn. Similarly, in 1887 only the head is used on an official document. Nevertheless used the village the whole unicorn at the same time in its arms. After 1945 only the unicorn head is used.

Its origin is not known.
