Escudo de azul, farol de prata aceso de ouro e com base de vermelho, entre duas âncoras de ouro, cordoadas de prata e rematando pequeno monte de ouro, movente dos flancos e de campanha diminuta ondada de verde e prata de três tiras. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ LEÇA DA PALMEIRA “.
