(fi) Punaisessa kentässä kultainen lyhde ja hopeinen, aaltokoroinen tyviö, jossa punainen, aaltokoroinen hirsi.
(sv) I rött fält en kärve av guld och en medelst en vågskura bildad stam av silver, belagd med en medelst vågskuror bildad röd bjälke.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on November 25, 1960.

The arms symbolise the fact that the municipality is situated in some river valleys as well as the agricultural character of the municipality.
