In Gold ein grüner Eichbaum mit abgebrochenem Ast auf der rechten Seite, der unten zwei blaue Wellenbalken überdeckt. Rechts des Stammes ein roter Anker, links ein rotes Herz, aus dem ein rotes Kreuz wächst.
