Company
La nueva España is a newspaper for the Asturias region in Northern Spain and is located in Oviedo. The newspaper has issued a series of cards with the arms of towns and municipalities in Asturias. Sold with each card is also a small sticker with the same arms. The series has been issued very recently, but I have no further information on the number of cards issued, nor the date. Any information is welcome !
