  • (it) D'argento al vescovo passante vestito di un manto di rosso, mitrato e nimbato d'oro, tenente nella destra un baculo d'oro, con un orso bruno passante e attraversante, sul cui dorso è legato un fardello.

Origin/meaning

The arms are granted on January 10, 1968.

The arms show the H. Corbinianus, bishop of Freising, who died in 755. The Bishops of Freising had some possessions in the area, and, according to legend, the saint had some of his orchards here in the village.
