Punaisessa kentässä kuusisakaraista kannustähteä ympäröivä rengas, jonka ulkoreuna on lohenpyrstökoroinen; molemmat hopeaa.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on September 21, 1966.

The spur refers to the Hevonlinna castle (which means horse-castle). The wheel, made with salmon tails, refers to the waterfalls/rapids (koski) in the municipality and the power of these.
