Arms : Azure, in front of a balance Or two quill pens in saltire, points downward, surmounted of an open book with book marks proper; a chief embattled of the second, thereon three purses of the first.
Crest: Out of a circlet of steel proper a demi talbot azure holding between the paws a fasces erect Or.
Supporters: On either side a talbot Or gorged with a circlet of steel proper and charged on the shoulder with a key, wards downwards and inwards, gules.
Motto: Fiscum serva fideliter
