Arms : Argent, on a mount in base, in front of a rudder in bend sinister a female figure proper representing "Economy" habited gules, mantled azure, about the temples a wreath of olive, in the dexter hand a pair of compasses, all proper; a chief of the second, thereon a balance suspended Or. |
