Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on November 8, 1978.
The Prussian eagle in the first quarter symbolises Prussian settlers, who founded the village in 1827. The wavy bar symbolises the Guareí river. The cross in the left half symbolises the local chapel built in 1827.
The shield is flanked by corn and beans, the main crops in the region.
